Returns

At TheBestBourbonShop.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of premium whiskey, bourbon, or other spirits. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on opened bottles of bourbon, whiskey, or other alcoholic beverages. However, if your bottle arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our customer support team immediately, and we’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is due to a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return shipping fees. Please contact customer support for assistance if you believe the item was incorrectly shipped or damaged during transit.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you prefer an exchange for a different bottle of premium whiskey or bourbon, we will ship it out as soon as the return is processed.
