The Best Bourbon Shop is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to change incorrect pricing at its sole and absolute discretion. The Best Bourbon Shop reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to revise these terms and conditions at any time.  Your continued and ongoing use of the Website following any such changes acknowledges your acceptance of those changes and their applicability to you.  If you do not agree with these terms and conditions of use, please do not use this Website. Thank you for choosing The Best Bourbon Shop, the online store for premium and rare bourbon whiskey. We value your satisfaction and want you to have a great shopping experience with us. Please read our return/refund policy carefully before placing your order. Who can order from us? You must be at least 21 years old to order from us. You must also provide a valid ID and signature upon delivery. We do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO (AE/AP/AA) addresses, and PO Boxes, or international locations. We does not ship to Puerto Rico or P.O. boxes under any circumstances.

  • THE BEST BOURBON SHOP DOES NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.If we decide to make an exception, a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product in question was initially shipped free of charge due to any promotions, we will deduct forty dollars ($40.00) from the refund for shipping and handling.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts.If you fail to receive your order after the allocated number of attempts of delivery under the shipping agency’s policies, and the product is sent back to The Best Bourbon Shop, a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product in question was initially shipped free of charge due to any promotions, we will deduct forty dollars ($40.00) from the refund for shipping and handling. If the package is returned to The Best Bourbon Shop damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
  • Exchanges and Store Credit.Exchanges and Store Credit are determined on a case-by-case basis, but are limited to the following scenarios:
  1. Damaged Product. If your product was received significantly damaged, you may be eligible for an identical replacement if the product is in stock and you have purchased The Best Bourbon Shop shipping insurance at the time of checkout. In the event that the product is no longer in stock, you may be eligible for store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the damaged item, including shipping costs.
  2. Incorrect Orders.If the product you received does not match the product on the receipt of your order, we will ship you the correct item that matches your receipt upon receiving the incorrect item back via a The Best Bourbon Shop provided return label. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue you store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the incorrect item.
  • All sales are final. If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been packaged or shipped a refund may be issued at our discretion and a ten percent (10%) restocking fee may be applied.

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at info@thebestbourbonshop.com or call us at +1(504) 315-7346. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email whether your return/refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days and credit it to your original method of payment. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return or refund that does not meet our policy requirements. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product price for any return or refund.

What if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product? If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product from us, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thebestbourbonshop.com  or call us at +1(504) 315-7346. We will apologize for the inconvenience and offer you a replacement or a full refund, depending on the availability of the product and your preference. We will also cover the shipping costs for returning the product to us and sending you a new one. Please do not send us back any wrong, damaged, or defective product without contacting us first. We will not be able to process your return/refund request without a prior authorization from us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only exchange damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@thebestbourbonshop.com which we’ll process; no restocking fee will apply for the exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original Payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
