Casa Maestri MFM Reposado Tequila Located in the heart of Jalisco, Mexico, Destiladora Del Valle de Tequila ― also known as Casa Maestri ― is a family business that was founded in 2008 by Michael and Celia Maestri. The most awarded tequila distillery in Mexico quickly became one of Mexico’s largest exporters of tequila as well, crafting spirits using traditional methods from the finest agaves that grow in the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco. Casa Maestri MFM Reposado Tequila is crafted with 100% blue Weber agaves that are painstakingly roasted in stone ovens and ground slowly, extracting the sweetest agave flavors. After fermentation, the juice is distilled twice. Casa Maestri MFM Reposado Then, the tequila spends up to 8 months in American whiskey casks, mostly from Jack Daniel’s, imparting the spirit with a layer of gentle sweetness and complexity.
